Refresh Vs Reset

Hi,

Can anyone please explain with a simple example the difference between Refresh & Reset. I have seen some replies on communities, but did not find anyone helpful.

In short:

If you're working on a process, then zoom into an object, make changes to that object and then save the object, these changes will not affect the process you're working on. By pressing the Refresh button, your process will load and use the latest version of the object that you just changed. Merely doin a Reset will not do that.
