Regarading Web-page spy

I am trying to pull one report from the web-page, on a every hit it will change the start date and end-date which are middle of my web-page. Once the dates are adjusted it need to be spied at the bottom of the page i.e. Create report - I am unable to spy the bottom of the page,once the dates adjustments are done- I need to scroll down the page to spy the bottom of the report , can you please suggest me

I may be missing something - to 'Spy' or identify the bottom of a scrolling web page you do need to scroll down to it.    Once identified you should not need to scroll unless your element can only be interfaced with using Surface Automation techniques.
