Region Mode Reading Error

Hi while i am reading data from the text box in region mode through read stage with "Recognise Text" i am getting unwanted symbols, attached in Attachments. Please tell me the solution for this  Thank you

Could be the region is badly placed. A good way to check is to add in a Read Image line into the same Read stage, then look at the current value of the image data item output to see what Recognise Text is trying to work with.

I have placed it well but could'nt able to get the values.....but read image is working.....but i want to get the values from the table which are text type...for example i want to get the name of the employee from one column...like this

Please share the image output from the read stage so we can see what you are trying to read.

Make sure you have font-smoothing turned off.
