Releasing an automation

Hello, Im relatively new to BluePrism, and i dont know the best way to release an automation to a client. I know i can have a bprelease file, but is that the best way to release it? do the client must have blue prism installed in his machine to execute that file? And do the clients must enter to blue prism client, go to the control dashboard and execute manually that release after importing? Thanks for all the answers you can give. Andrés.

Hello, I find your question a bit worrying.  Who is working with your client to create their Robotic Operating Model as that will include release management, operations/controllers,. production environment creationg, security, disaster recovering and monitoring, etc, etc, etc. If no one is engaged with your client to help with the creation of a ROM then I think you should escalate that as a big risk to your management - it is key to the clients success.
