Hello!

I have this error only on windows server "Required pattern not supported by self or ancestor - grid pattern" , there is any fix to this error? this appers when i try to get all rows from a UI table

I have tried several times to add a new object but the pop-up is not detected. I'm completely out of ideas.

Hi All,

I've just tried testing it with a "pretend" pop up, by just clicking open in new window.

I think this is a limitation with respect to Chrome integration, as it works fine with Internet Explorer. Please review this help article and if you're still having difficulty, raise a ticket it with the support team.

Unfortunately I already use this command and the problem continues. it was as I mentioned earlier, I have no problems on windows 10, by the way, I can get the table via UI, but when I do exactly the same process on windows server it gives the error "Required pattern not supported by self or ancestor - grid pattern". is it missing to install something on the server?

Hi Ricardo,

I'm not sure if there are any reported differences in functionality between Windows 10 and Windows Server. I recommend reporting via support ticket.

They may be able to assist you further and if not they can raise it as an issue.

Sorry for delay but I'm unable to figure out about steps which Ben mentioned. I figured out another solution ​that would serve the purpose: 

1) Press CTRL+A on web page (from where you're trying to extract data as a table)
2) Press CTRL+C
3) Open excel sheet and paste it into excel sheet
4) Copy required data from Excel sheet and take it as collection

I have mentioned above steps in short (excel handle, create instance, show excel etc) but let me know in case you want full steps.
