SMTP error

We are receiving below error,Please let us know the possibilities to resolve this error.

Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Failure sending mail. - The remote name could not be resolved: 'smtp.*****.com'

Hi Sai,

You can try the following:
In the cmd line type:
ping smtp.*****.com

Verify if there is any reply with a corresponding IP address .  If no host is found then check your DNS or spelling of the domain name.  If there is an IP address then either the mail server is down or it's rejecting your connection.  You might need to contact their mail admin.
