Scheduler issue

Hi,
During initial stage schedule is working fine but after few days I am getting "Already activated -  not firing in blueprism server service and when i create external instance using cmd I am getting " A windows event log source could not be created for this resource pc".Due to this scheduler is not working. Please some one help me to resolve the issue. This is on High priority

We have a couple of Knowledge Base articles about these exceptions you're seeing; have you reviewed these and implemented the suggestions as a first step?

• Why do I get "Already activated - not firing" error when trying to run a Scheduled Task?
• How do I fix error "A Windows event log source could not be created for this resource PC" when launching multiple Runtime Resources on the same machine?

In addition, based on your stated "after a few days..." qualifier, as a best-practice I would also suggest review of this KB, "Can I run my Processes 24x7x365?".

If the above suggestions don't help to resolve this issue, we would suggest to open a Support ticket with us (providing the necessary details) so we could investigate this scenario further with you.
