I have used Region Mode on my system , its working fine But i had used same release file to other system its not working
Can you please help me how to resolve this issue for me , please do needfull

Are you saying that Region Mode worked on your development environment but when released to a higher environment (test/prod) it did not work?
If you are using v5 or earlier and just relying on region coordinates rather than taking the time to build in image search logic to find elements than it is vital the screen resolutions are exactly the same in all your environments.
