Silverlight UIA mode not working when minimized

Hi,   We have used UIA mode to identify elements in a web application that uses Silverlight. The "windowless" property is false. The spying works perfectly fine when the application is visible on screen but fails when the browser is minimized or VM is disconnected. We even tried running the code in debug mode but with screen minimized and that fails too. Any thoughts on why this would happen?

But, could you please explain why you would the need the browser to be minimized? You can activate & maximize the browser and then have it worked without any issues.. Please let know.
