Standard Windows configuration document?

Dear BluePrism Community, Is there a specification sheet for recommended Windows configuration regarding performance and theme settings, anything that could affect the way BluePrism interacts with the Windows applications running on a desktop session? This is probably a regular question, but couldn't find the answer anywhere so far... Thanks in advance for your help. Chris.

Hi Chris,

Although not directly related to Blue Prism performance, whitelisting Blue Prism processes in Antivirus may affect the client's behavior.

Frequent maintenance and archiving of SQL will also help Blue Prism's performance.

The KB for the antivirus exclusions seems to have disappeared, can someone please update this thread with a link.

I definitely recommend adjusting the visual effects to best performance mode, and disable clear type fonts if you can.
