Start or remove pending login agent

Hello guys!

We have an issue with scheduler. Sometimes the login agent stays in Pending status. Is there any solution to delete that pending process? Or restart it? We tried the Scheduler Pending Session Starter and SessionClearer this topic as well, but it's not working for us. We are currently using BP version 6.10.2. What can cause this problem? Do you have any suggestion?

Hope you have some hints for us 🙂

Thanks,

PV

Hi @Peter Vígh,

Are you able to use VNC or some other console viewer to log onto the machine yourself and see what's going on? Getting access to the runtime resource display would be ideal as that should give you some indication of what's happening.

Any chance Login Agent is encountering a pop-up/banner at login? Something that requires it to click OK or provide acknowledgment?

If neither the Session Starter VBO or SessionClearer solution worked, I imagine the only option is a manually clearing via the database. The best approach there is to open a ticket with Blue Prism support. They have some utilities that can be used to address this.

Cheers,

Dedicated software development teams https://mlsdev.com/blog/how-to-build-a-crm are mostly self-managed. However, you can also hire a dedicated software team. You can synchronize the internal and external team members, and you'll be able to contact the remote team members when you need them. A dedicated software team can also help you save money by handling social benefits and taxes. If you need to outsource software development, a dedicated team will help you save on both time and money.
