What kind of error you are getting? Have you restarted your machine?
There has been occurrences that multiple chrome processes running in the background could cause a spying issue.
Open Task Manager and kill all instances of Chrome process. Then launch new Chrome window from BluePrism
Check to see if you are able to spy element of the displayed web page now.
