Surface issue with Chrome

I have an issue with surface in Google Chrome. It is unable to find any region if I have not manually connected via Viewer tool to exact VDI to see how it works. With other systems this issue does not repeat itself (Only Chrome related).
Are there some specific set-ups for Chrome that might not been added while installing it and are not allowing BluePrism to be fully functional?

Hi Rolands,

What kind of error you are getting? Have you restarted your machine?

There has been occurrences that multiple chrome processes running in the background could cause a spying issue.
Open Task Manager and kill all instances of Chrome process. Then launch new Chrome window from BluePrism
Check to see if you are able to spy element of the displayed web page now.
