Taking more time to select item in dropdown

Hi, In a web application, I am having a dropdown with 4000 items in it. When I am selecting item using Blue Prism from dropdown its taking around 1 minute. Can you please advice me to improve time in selecting the dropdown. Thanks in advance

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your quick response In the Navigation stage we are using ""Select Item"" to select the dropdown value
