Unable to Receive the Trial Key

Hello, 

I am trying to access the Blue Prism Trial version. It said that downloading the trial version (the newest one available) would send me the key to activate it, yet I haven't heard anything. Re-Downloaded the software, checked the spam folder and double-checked if I entered the correct E-mail. What could be the problem?

Hi Dan,

Once you download the Blue Prism Learning Edition, generally you should be expecting an email from: digitalworker@blueprism.com

The email might take some time to get sent to your registered email ID. But if still after waiting for sometime you are not able to receive that email then I would suggest you to drop an email to the Blue Prism support team at: support@blueprism.com

They should be able to help you out with it.

Hi Dan,
