Unable to attach even though same browser application

The code is throwing an error - "unable to attach" while attching browser based application even though it is launched from the application modelller.

It is unable to attach when navigating from process studio to object studio pages. The attach stage idsin object studio so when I set the stage in object studio and run then it gets connected.
