Unable to mark queue items as exception

​Hi,

We are facing a weird issue in blue prism while marking queue items as exception. We are facing this problem while marking them as exception manually and from runtime resource as well.

By manually you mean, running the interactive client, navigating to control room, selecting a work queue, finding the work queue item, right clicking and selecting "Mark selected case and exception" e.g.

and also when marking an item as exception from within a running process?

If so, this looks like a permissions issue; perhaps a strange combination of permissions within the Blue Prism internal roles or a database level permission. I would highly recommend raising a support ticket for this and attaching all the relevant information to the ticket, to do so click here
