Hi,
I’m currently facing an issue with Blue Prism 7.1 where I am unable to view the session logs. I have already checked the user roles and permissions, and all appear to be assigned correctly.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or could provide guidance on resolving this?

Could you please check if your process and object have logging enabled?

There is a known issue in older versions of Blue Prism (including 7.1) where Session Logs fail to be produced once the DB table BPASessionLog_NonUnicode reaches 2.1 billion records. You might check this table to make sure it doesn't contain an excessive amount of rows (20-30 million is about the acceptable rowcount for a Production database) and migrate or clear down the data if it does.
This issue and a suggested workaround is documented here as BP-2503 and is fixed in 6.10.6 and 7.3+ of BPE.

Some of the users could not view the session log details and some of them can view.
Prior to the issue, all developers were part of the group "BP_Tst_Admins (System Administrator)",
which granted them access to view session log details.
However, during a recent security review, the group "BP_Tst_Admins" was removed from all developers.
As a result, developers assigned to the "Developers BP_CoreTeam" user role are now unable to view session log details
