Update Status functionality issue

Hi - I recently ran across an Internal error presented by BluePrism while updating the 'Status' in the blueprism queue. The error is 'Error:Internal: The given status was too long.

The total character count of what was being updated is around 270 characters. If I try to update the Tag instead of status - I am receiving the error 'Error:Internal: String or binary data would be truncated'.
 
Any workarounds or alternatives for this issue? What is the character limit for either setting a status or a tag?

Hi Maneesh, I don't know about the coding around the use of these but both have datatypes set to nvarchar(255) in my 6.10.3 database.
