Hellos there,

there are two option coming while unlocking the process.

1. unlock all process
2. unlock selected process.

I am looking for user roles which can be assigned so that user can get only 2nd option not 1st option.

do such roles exist?

Hi @Neeraj Kumar,

Unfortunately, there's no feature that allows you to set permissions on a process-by-process or object-by-object basis. You can set them at a group level though. By that I mean you can create a role that limits members from being able to perform certain actions on all processes or all objects.

You might want to add this to the Ideas page for the product. I could see this being useful for quite a few customers.

Thanks Eric for your reply.

One of the reason for this post is that Unlock all and Unlock selected Option are so near to each other that someone or other end up making the mistake of choosing the wrong option .

Although educating developer on choosing correct option is first thing we try but if the option can be arranged VERTICALLY instead of Horizontally then at least developers will not make mistake.

I don't know if this is the fair ask to ask in design in standard Blue Prism GUI and how much time it take.
