Using utility-image manipulation of finding image

I am having issues with using Utility-Image manipulation as it doesn't return the coordinates of the image with Get Sub Image position. Sometimes it works fine, not sure what could be causing this behavior where sometimes it works and sometimes doesn't.. I am using screen bound, capturing screenshot and using the function to locate the image. Any thoughts??

If the smaller image contains text, check that Font Smoothing is off - the anti aliasing can be inconsistent. Also check that when the search is performed the application is in focus - if there is anything covering the target area (including Object Studio) it will disrupt the search. Check that any gradient colours in the app are rendered consistently. Finally check that you are using enough Waits to make a robust synchronisation between BP and the app.
