Hi,
I have a specific file in verification stage which upon 'Load Batch' gives following error:

LoadBatch error: Ssi.Communication - Unable to load the batch in SDK
There are many other files loaded by the same process and they are all opening fine in the verification page. It is just this one file. The actual PDF file is a normal looking file with 2 pages with size of 52 KB. I have restarted this specific single file batch multiple times via Admin->Batches>restart all selected>from OCR stage. It gets processed just fine till 'Capture performed - ready for Verify' for verification stage but then still shows the same error.
Any clues or suggestions what could be going wrong?

Hi Kalash,
Have you tried converting the pdf to a different image type or perhaps resaving it as a new pdf?
It's possible that the document was created with a programme that uses a slightly different encoding.
Thanks
