We're encountering warning issues on the runtime machine; if there's no monitoring, the bot remains in a warning state until someone intervenes to restart the machine.
How can we permanently resolve the warning issue in Blue Prism? What precisely causes the connection to break, and what internal mechanism does BP use? Is there a built-in method in BP for reconnecting connections automatically to avoid constant manual intervention?
This problem keeps occurring intermittently on various processes, but not consistently, so I don't believe it's related to a specific process or object. Could some experts from the Blue Prism team please provide advice on this?
Also, the event viewer does not give any proper details when the warning occurs, so that did not help.
