What is Queue Suffix?

What is Queue Suffix in Get Next Completed Batch VBO action? And where do I get it? Default value in process for Queue Suffix=DecipherRabbitMQqueue. I have submitted a batch in Decipher and now when running this 3rd number process it is not getting any batch from decipher. Need help to understand .

@Krishna Elapavuluri - I tried stopping all the services and start it  but the  "Decipher Licensing services" is stuck at "Starting".. I tried un-install and install the components multiple times but i couldn't make it as "Running"

Could you please let me know wat could be the reason for this issue?​​

Hope you followed the order of service starting
License server stuck means ( Did you notice that RabbitMq service is running before you start LS) , issue might be with License  which you  applied
Did you apply the license in the Blue Prism database ?
 Is Decipher Database got installed properly while installing the Decipher server ? Did you see any warnings
Did you try to check the log why  LS is not getting started.
