Work Queues Issue

Hello All, Currently I have an issue working with WQ. I'm able to set values in a Queue and Extract them, but I cannot use the "Get Next Item" Action. No Warning/Error displayed. Returning variables comes empty. Input parameters are OK. Any Ideas for this? Is any configuration to set in order to use WQ in SQL database? Anything?   Thanks in Advise

Try getting the next item using the queue name only, without passing any additional inputs (tags, item keys...). If it works, then the problem is with the filter parameters

Hi Sofia,   Try checking on the values in next review column for the items in the queue in control room.   Regards Sambashiva

I guess your queue is probably not running. You may check the same from Control Room >> Queue Management If it is ""Paused"", go to System >> Work Queues to Resume the Queue
