Our invoices have the name then address immediately underneath. Could be 3 lines (1 name & address) or 4 lines (2 names and address). Do we need different DFD's to cover this? We trained to look at 1 name line then 2 name lines but it wont stay if going back and forth.

Hello Melissa,
I don't believe you need a separate DFD to handle this. Could you try identifying and capturing the entire field, names and addresses included. Once you have that blurb you can apply a splitting formula (SPLITGET) to that DFD field to get individual values.
