No. There is no multi-threading support. Additionally, only one listener can be active per machine at any given time.

Yes. We can have multiple processes running at the same time on same bot if both the processes are running in background mode or one foreground & one background.

Keep in mind that it would still consume session licenses.

SaiKrishnaThota is correct. Provided the Run Modes of all objects are in agreement, then a resource can run parallel processes. Note however this does not reduce license usage.
