error while installing BP Process Intelligence

while trying to install Process intelligence getting below error 

on error log found below error 

CustomAction OnsiteDbInit returned actual error code 1603 

what could be possible error cause?

My initial suspicion is the version of Windows you are on. Does the current machine meet the system requirements (especially the OS version) for BPPI?
