Base URL launch error after process intelligence successful installation 2.1v.

Hello! I successfully installed Process Intelligence, but I'm unable to open the Base URL configured during installation. The TimelinePI services are running, but when I try to access it using my local IP address and port number, the web page loads. However, after entering my username, it redirects to my Base URL and I get a "can't reach page" error. Can someone help me figure out where I can fix this?

Below is the configuration of my timelinepi.xml file:

<env name="BASE_URL" value="http://mytimelineprocess.com"/>
<env name="PROXY_PORT" value="80"/>

I'm trying to open Process Intelligence through this link: http://mytimelineprocess.com:80

Hello @srikanthpabbathi  - Sorry i dont have idea on installation front.

and Alex has left SS&C so we need to wait for expert from BP to reply on this. You can also raise ticket if it is blocker for you.
