we have a scenario,
In c drive we have Out loot template file (.oft), template message contains reply email message..
our requirement was Bot need to open that template and need to send email to customers as your issue was noted this is acknowledge email..
while using File Management VBO I'm able to navigate to file path, but while getting entire text to our BP data item I'm getting special symbol characters, I'm not getting any text value since file was not txt one it is .oft files.
Is they any way to get perfect text from .oft template to BP variable.
