internal : unexpected error error in web service - general http error - accepted

Hello,

I'm using SOAP Web Service for the first time, 
This first part worked, I can even request the token, but when I try to use an action, the error is returned: internal : unexpected error error in web service - general http error - accepted.

Has anyone been through this? and managed to solve?

Can you share a screenshot of the configuration you have done . Also my first question would be are you able to use this web service outside blue prism ?
