"Run Now" in control room not initiating process

Hello, previously we were able to right click on a schedule with multiple tasks and would automatically start the schedule. Recently, Run Now has not been working. Any thoughts on what would possibly cause this all of the sudden? Is there a setting we can look to adjust or update?

Hi,
did you check Recent Activity log? It should show some message. Assuming that pre-defined schedules are working fine and you have some free licenses at the moment when you are clicking Run Now.

Hi SoySaucex,
If you have enough licences and you have made no changes to normal operatiosn but suddenly run time resources (RTR) have become unresponsive to the scheduler for some unknown reason. You can also try restarting the the application server and database server.
We have to periodically restart these as the RTRs will start failing to communicate tith the BP application server for no apparent reason.
Turning it off and on again has helped us so we do it every few weeks until it starts happening again.
But there could be some other root cause.

Thanks zdenek.kabatek, previous logs show schedule activity but not capturing anything related to run now being initiated.
Thanks Ben, we will try to restart the app and database servers.
