Hi ,
I'm having issue communicating Blue Prism Client with Blue Prism Server.
Error : "the server has rejected the client credentials"
I tried to follow the steps mentioned in below link
https://help.blueprism.com/1136087022
Does anyone know what could be the reason ?
Note : i have disabled the firewall on both windows machines (client & server).
Both the machines are provisioned on AWS EC2 windows instance.

Hi Tejas,
If the security level has been set to Windows authentication, you may want to check whether the Windows password had expired or incorrect password.
An expired password could certainly giving this error message.
