Ability to upload images from local machine or use base64 of image

Currently, we can only use images with URLs in UXbuilder. It would be good if we can have the ability to upload images from local machine or to be able to use base64 encoding of the image.

The objective is to have this capability at some point in the future. However it has to be prioritized against the other features in the backlog
