Ability to work on multiple documents while working and generating documents on Chorus

When we are generating a letter, it is required to close all the already opened word document on the laptop, this causes major issue as the users refer to multiple word documents at the same time as generating letter.

Request that working on Chorus, does not require closing of all the word documents.

1. Current product offers that one package can active at a time and you can navigate between documents on that package
2. Is this requirement to have two packages open at a time, or something related to non-Communications Word documents?

Hi @ustevens 

Users have multiple words documents opened from their desktop (pre-downloaded) however, they require to close them if they've to generate a letter.

Could you take more info from Leslie Greenan or Murali from (SS&C) ?
