Hi @ustevens Users have multiple words documents opened from their desktop (pre-downloaded) however, they require to close them if they've to generate a letter.Could you take more info from Leslie Greenan or Murali from (SS&C) ?
Addition to the above request - Some users have also requested format DD/MMM/YYYY i.e. 03APR2024 for their region. Our request would be to make date format easily customizable to cater needs of various regions.
