Date Format to MMDDYYYY for a region

The Current date format is YYYY/MM/DD and needs to be changed to Month/DD/YYYY.

It'd be great if it is customizable per requirement of each region. North American clients prefer MM/DD/YYYY or Month/DD/YYYY, whereas Europe/Australia/Asia prefer DD/MM/YYYY.

Addition to the above request - Some users have also requested format DD/MMM/YYYY i.e. 03APR2024 for their region. 

Our request would be to make date format easily customizable to cater needs of various regions.
