Auto Fail Pending Session

We have encountered a number of instances where a process scheduled was being left with Pending status in Control Room for unknown reason. It will be really good if Blue Prism can detect this and will have a logic to automatically fail it so there will be no down robot due to unprocessed session in queue. That will save a lot of support need and will give ease to the robot owner knowing that the robot will always perform. This is very important specially for robots that are running 24/7.

Would love to see this feature include something along the lines of a System setting for organizations to set the timer they wish. For example perhaps Blue Prism will check the pending sessions against a system set timer of 60 seconds to then force release of the pending and mark it as Terminated with a default message that the issue was related to being left / stuck in pending. Then the setting can be changed to 5 min for example if it makes more sense to organizations or environment such as the difference in expectations of Production vs Development.
