It would be great if Blue Prism can provide one or two months free trial or license for it's cloud products. Because most of us we don't know how it looks and how it works.
Every organization does not have license for cloud products. SO it would be great if we can see it in future.

Hi Amlan,

Thank you for posting your idea in our community!

Blue Prism do offer a trial learning license that you can access through our portal and learning management system (LMS).

Please click here to access our learning edition license.

Happy Learning

Hi @Beth Pennington I am asking about the learning edition for Blue Prism cloud products not for the core product.

Hi @_Amlansahoo,

Thanks for taking the time to raise an idea.

Can you please confirm which products you're specifically wanting to see trial options for in future?

Regards,

Rob

Hi @robert.nicklin,

I am trying to say that BP has many products like Interact, Decipher etc... Hardly anyone even knows how to use it as we don't have a trail edition for the same. So if BP can have free limited version for the products that are useful for a user specific that would have been great!

Hi @_Amlansahoo,

Thanks for taking the time to raise an idea.

I presume that by "Cloud products" and given the date of your idea, you would be referring to our "Blue Prism Cloud" offerings. At this time, we do not offer trial instances of Blue Prism Cloud (BPC) as platform configuration is something that is only performed when a customer has purchased BPC as their delivery method for our products.

The good news however is that all the products that are deployed into BPC are the same ones that are deployed by on-premise customers, so in practice there is no difference between our BPC and on-premise products except for where those products are hosted.

For customers interested in our Next Generation product, which has been introduced since this idea was originally raised, trial licenses are available on request. Please feel free to reach out to your account managers to request this.

As a result of this update, I'm going to mark this idea as Delivered. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

Rob
