Capture and display delivery instructions when creating .html source

Can Communications be enhanced to capture and display the delivery instruction information on the .html source that is created in Communications?   Currently, the .html source created in Communications only displays the body of the email. 

Clients would like to see the following fields on the .html source

• From email address
• To email address
• CC email address (could be multiple addresses)
• Time & Date Email was sent
• Subject

Having this information on the .html source is valuable for clients in terms of research, auditing and for the call center associates to truly understand where an email was sent.
