Chorus Processor cards | Ability to resize cards from top and left-hand edges

Currently, cards can be resized from the bottom and right-hand edges of the card.  We have a number of users who fit multiple applications into one monitor view - they would like the ability to resize cards from the top and left-hand edges (and thus avoid having to expand the Chorus application window in order to resize).
