In Processor Workspace, our usrs have found that the SUSPEND menu action doesn't close a case card. When a user suspends a case from the drop-down menu in an open case card, the card is left open.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Logs on to Processor
2) Opens a case
3) Clicks the ellipses in the upper left corner, & choses the “Suspend” menu action.
4) The “Suspend” card will open. The user enters suspend information & clicks Suspend/Release (or Suspend).
In either situation (suspend or suspend/release), the case is suspended (good) – but the case card is not closed. It is preferred to close the case card upon issuing a suspend action, much like it has done in the Classic workspace.
