User IDs are limited to 8 uppercase characters, and we cannot re-use them once a person leaves as their history is linked to the userid.
There is an option to delete a user but it doesn't seem to do anything with the history associated with that user. It would be nice to be able to delete a user and dis-associate that userid from all history linked to that userid so that the userid can be re-used, while retaining the history and ability to investigate past actions of that user.
