Yes, I agree this would be hugely helpful for Controllers. Our internal best practice standards dictate that developers should always fill in relevant description fields but this is often still overlooked, I think, because many don't see the value in it. I would add that it would also be helpful to have the action and parameter descriptions pulled through and displayed in the action dialog itself, so when dev's are using a particular action they can see/reference the relevant documentation immediately without having to open the HTML document (people tend to forget that this information is surfaced through the info icon for each action into the automatically generated HTML documentation, but this isn't front and center for most people).
