Currently, when you use Doc Splitter to create multiple attachments (or sub-documents) that are saved as TIF images. Clients would like a setting added that gives you a choice of what default format the split documents will be saved as: PDF or TIFF
While there is the feature in HTML CV to export these files as a .pdf, clients don't want to have to export the document and then import it back into Chorus and link it to the original work item.
Clients that have their own archiving repositories sometimes can only load images in PDF format, thus making the Doc Splitter TIFF images unviewable.
