As a project lead in the Advanced Bank Verification process, I would like to have an additional date in the Bank Instructions window to capture new bank being added to an account in TA2000 Desktop. Having this date displayed vs Last Maint Date aligns with new bank policy and reduces chorus research due to the Last Maint Date being misleading.
I believe this is misclassified. This is a TA recordkeeping update to a Bank Instructions used during processing. I have changed this to Chorus: Integrations to help manage follow-up as it looks like the TA API we see includes a maintenance date but not the establishment date. If that data is available, the API would need to be updated.
