The ROS plugin, when activated, automatically opens two windows which are visible to the user -- Word and Excel. Users can accidentally close one or both of these windows, resulting in errors. Can the windows open invisibly in the background?

A manager is prompted to log separately & distinctly into AWD Admin when logged into Hub/Portal. Once that happens, they can no longer view images in Hub/Portal. In a shop where managers are working dynamically in AWD/Chorus, it is not efficient or user friendly for them to have to toggle between their Portal/Hub session where they are reviewing/approving work in queues while at the same time needing to manager their teams business area/work type/queue access to meet the needs of the workload.

We have a mix of Users who either love or are overwhelmed by Processor Workspace (as compared to Classic Workspace). Some of our Users find Cards ability to go anywhere and not have a permanent Docking (or Pinning) Spot (for each Card on Workspace) can be overwhelming. With an update to allow Docking (or Pinning) of Cards the Users would be able to Move and Pop out Cards (which they have with current functionality) or Dock/Pin in permanent spot to be similar to Classic depending on each Users own preference. #ProcessorWorkspace #Cards #Chorus #DockingCards

There are no Resource Access Controls on Chorus Rest API's which provides a greater attack surface for attackers. Resource Access Controls per UserID could be system level or granted by individual Rest API.

In Doc split, there is an option to assign a newly created work item to a user. However, if the new work item is associated with a process that runs an automated service as the first step, the new item will not assign to the selected user because the SYSTEM id gets the assignment in order to run the service. Somehow Doc Split needs to handle this, as right now it gives the false impression this will work. The purpose for running the service is to create a relationship between the newly created item and the case object where doc split was activated, because there is no option to attach the newly created work item to that case. If that option were available, then the need to run the service (in this instance) would not be needed, and then the assign feature would work.

Ability to call Chorus Rest API to work select by process model. If a UserID has access to several deployed solutions, there is no way to limit work accept to 'change' work select privileges to queues. Having options on Rest API call to single out which process model to get work would eliminate the need for one user to have multiple signons per deployed solution.

When creating manage connections with JSON files for external connections, it is difficult to trouble shoot exactly why the manage connection does not work. Some sort of tools or utility to trouble shoot, see logs, or reference information to reduce support hours in making good Rest API 3.0 JSON files would be welcomed. Also, some base connections for Chorus integration; to ensure integration endpoints are configured correctly in Hosted SS&C Cloud.

Currently shared Outlook mailboxes are not supported with the Capture product. We would like the business model updated to support shared mailboxes. This helps the client by eliminating or reducing licensing requirements on the physical mailboxes.

I would suggest that Chorus have an email notification preference added that can be turned on or off depending on the individual preference. Basically, allowing users to turn on the ability to get an email notification every time there is a new item that gets assigned to them in their worklist. The email should have a link to the new item that will automatically open the work in the Chorus Portal client, i.e. similar to the email notifications from Workday or ServiceNow.

An ip Rest AP Testing tool, similar to Postman, to test connectivity, payload, to both internal and external api calls. This saves time/effort to 'test' during a run through a process model. The testing tool could use the integrations deployed within Chorus.

It has been highlighted by the UK GIDS surrounds Identity Access Management (IAM) team that the current Chorus REST API stack does not facilitate for user maintenance as provided in the SOAP WorkPlaceService. UK GIDS need all operations such create, amend, update and user. Provide roles or privileges. A further key element is Communication user access which is only available in front end. With modern IAM tools such as Service Now or SMART, GIDs it needs an API function.
