Chorus is not able to send a dynamic JSON array (that contains the object keys to delete). The length of the array is defined at design time, so in runtime there is no apparent way to populate an array with a dynamic number of object keys to delete. That is, there is no dynamic array capability within Chorus which presents a challenge for batch Chorus objects deletion.

Within Chorus BPM Designer, Timers functionality/configuration, allow for designers to utilize a date (and or date/time) value to set the timer expiry. Currently allows for setting the duration integer (number of days, hours, or minutes only) via literal date/time or variable data source. Ability to set an actual date/time within the designer would be of huge lift for BPM design.

Work items which are stuck in infinite loops impact Chorus BPM system performance, and in some cases system stability. This issue impacts both hosted and self-hosted clients. When we see high CPU utilisation on the application and database servers, we query the WA2 BI event table to find work items which are stuck in a loop. This reactive step allows us to identify the work items which are impacting performance but doesn't address the root cause. We could like Chorus BPM design studio to identify potential infinite loops as part of process validation. The beta process test automation framework was able to identify loops. Maybe this code could be used as the basis of a solution?

As a process designer I would like to be able to compare two versions of a model and for the differences to be highlighted in Design Studio. This will help me identify and assess the impact of changes. The bpmn.io framework used by Design Studio supports this capability, but we currently need to export models to use it.

An enterprise customer (Chorus/ Bridge/ Document Automation) uses the capture process to ingest images that originate in emails. Because the sources are sent as a packet that should be worked as a single work-item in Chorus, they would like to send them as one transaction to Document Automation. Our request is to facilitate transitioning this customer to be able to submit multiple sources into a single DA batch.

At present, there is no option to set timebound retries in the service cog configuration. Retries can be set but it is quite arbitrary, so cannot anticipate what the appropriate number should be. Also, need to consider the performance/traffic overhead for implementing such a retry mechanism. In summary, there is no apparent way to put a small interval between retries.

When a process model is deployed the only place that the details of who deployed it are located within the Design workspace. If a model is undeployed there is no record of who did it or when. This can cause issues if a process model is accidently undeployed. Having who made the change in the Admin Audit Trail would be helpful in locating who made the update and react accordingly.

We would like to have the option to change the default setting on the comments. We have a lot of Batch/System comments that are important for our users to see and it would save a lot of clicking to be able to adjust the default comment view to whatever the user needs. This would also reduce potential mistakes by our users missing important comments.

There is no option to undo in classic forms on Chorus. Please can we have an undo "Ctrl z" functionality? This will save time when creating forms and be a HUGE help for the overall user experience. Every time the users move something by mistake they can't easily take it back, leading to a lot of frustration as this action is common in most applications, especially design. Although the UX builder is coming there are still a substantial amount of historical forms designed in classic thus this feature is still required for small changes in a lot of businesses, and shouldn't be overlooked due to the UX builder.

With Search forms and potentially and Chorus form designed for work processing whether UXBuilder, Dynamic Forms, or Traditional forms the ability to denote a one of these are required. My thought on implementation would be to contain the fields within a group box and mark the box with a css class of oneOfThese. There could be multiple group boxes with independent oneOfThese markers. This was implemented as custom javascript on a Search form that required a hidden text input that was marked required that the custom javascript managed inputting/clearing to get the Search button enabled/disabled appropriately.

When generating letters using Chorus Communications, there are a number of options that are only available from the Packaging screen. This means this functionality can only be accessed in a Presentation Flow and it must be manually updated by a user. For instance, changing the output from Print to Email, or selecting enclosures. We would like all of this functionality available by other means to support automation. For instance, via webservice calls or via a custom cog in Design. The goal is to be able to access these additional functionality from an Automation Service so we can have a wider range of letters that do not require human interaction.

The Saved Searches don't update the "To date" portion to the current date. It keeps the date the search was saved on. Add the ability to use current date with a date span.

We are on Chorus version 21.2.4.7 With this version of Processor, we are noticing that children of a case are ordered by the date the child is associated to the case, with the oldest children at the top. As a result of this single order (on date), various types of children -- Transactions, Tasks, and Paperclips -- are scattered throughout the list of child objects to the case. Our users would love to see Transactions grouped together (sorted by date), Tasks grouped together (sorted by date), and Paperclips groups together (also sorted by date). This would allow users who are looking for a specific TYPE of child to be more easily find it. As a further improvement, it would be nice if an option was added to the User Preferences page that would allow the user to determine which of these groups (Transactions, Tasks, Paperclips) were at the top, middle, and bottom of the groups.

Idea: Introducing the Use of EMPTY or NULL STRING in Functions for Handling Empty Parameters, Similar to TRUE or FALSE in Decision Functions. Description: Context: Many functions encounter limitations when dealing with empty parameters. In such scenarios, it becomes imperative to incorporate the concept of EMPTY or NULL STRING, akin to the presence of TRUE or FALSE in decision functions. Example: Let's take the case of the "Replace String" function. Often, there's a requirement to substitute a string with nothing or an empty string, but the function doesn't permit this action. Illustration: Consider the string "ABC-4444333123356" and the desired outcome is "ABC-4444123356". In the above instance, if the string "ABC-4444333123356" is dynamic, the aforementioned feature would prove exceptionally valuable. When the option of leaving a field blank is disallowed, the availability of EMPTY or NULL becomes essential to generate the intended output. In scenarios like the aforementioned example involving the dynamic string "ABC-4444333123356", the functionality described above holds significant utility.

Please add functionality to worklist to move assigned suspended items to the bottom. Also, add functionality to be able to view only suspended or non suspended items in worklist.

Have the ability to customize the bubbles to different LOB fields. The bubbles that are set right now are for the Process Step and the Status. The Status isn't used a lot in our processes but the queue would be very valuable to see. Would also like to have it in all caps/uppercase like the other fields. All information in our taglines are in caps/uppercase and it would look better if it matched or could be adjusted.

We have a lot of users minimizing search and create cards. When they have a few of them at the bottom it would be helpful to be able to see what was searched in the BA/WT/Queue Date or Status. Also, if it could display a count of the number of items in the search/queue.

My client (on 23.x) having issues/suggestions on the Create & Link Attachment feature: When Business Area is entered, it take very long to pull up the corresponding Filetype (Source type), when they have a lot of Source types under that BA. Prefer to bring up that Source's Form to faciliate fill in of other LOB datavalues. Error message to be more specific e.g. Filename longer than 75 (the error message now is "An error occurred while communicating with the server and the attachment was not created. Please try again.") When the Create button, there is no sand glass icon to show that the file is uploading. User may consider it is unsuccessful and create again, so will create a duplicate Source. When a large file size is creating (over the limitation, say 25 MB), the system will try to upload the whole file first, and then find out the size is over the limit then throw out the error. It is better to first check the file size and then throw out the error, so that user dont have to wait for a prolong period of time.

Currently the ordering of the Sources underneath the parent Work object is by the Source create date/time. My client (on 23.x) would like the option of sorting by a LOB field, in which can be setup under the 'Preferences' dialog so that every user can have their own config.
