Blue Prism App server to Database connectivity currently expects a SQL ID for authorization. We will need EntraID based authentication for this. Entra ID enables RBAC Control aligned with the organization's security policies. Other reasons for having Entra ID based auth: 1. Enhanced Security - Entra ID provides strong authentication with MFA options, conditional access policies, and identity protection capabilities that go beyond traditions SQL auth. 2. Reduced Administrative overhead 3. Centralized identity management All modern Process Automation and BPM tools which are being hosted in cloud have this and with cloud-based infrastructure being the future this is an expected feature in the product.

Would be great to have an alerting for licence expiry or any changes to the allocation, either via the datagateway or an API.

Currently, for some elements spied in Web mode, the "Element Type" combo box only allows a selection limited to the type spied: This proves to be particularly troublesome when re-spying elements using "Application Navigator", as then the type selected remains the same as it was spied initially, even though the Attributes will be changed correctly. This bug is problematic especially when trying to read the contents of such elements - for example a table. Being unable to change the element type, reduces the actions available for a Read stage... and in the case of tables, does not show the "Read rows" action, unless the element was previously spied as a table. Can this please be amended, so that the "Element Type" combo box allows selecting all of the types available for the spying mode used.

I believe that creating schedules with multiple servers, where they are executed based on priority, would be an excellent option. For example: I have the BP_2025 robot and the servers: vm01, vm02, vm03, with priority given to vm02. When creating the schedule, I will choose the priority of server availability. If vm02 is occupied, the robot will be sent to vm01. If there is more than one robot with priority for the same server, there should be a field or an ID to determine which execution will be sent. This would make server management much more flexible and drastically reduce costs in cloud environments. Additionally, it would further reduce the incidence of schedules not starting. #ControlRoom

Currently when configuring a web api, the response for an action always expects the data type to be text: this proves particularly troublesome when the output is an inline image or binary file, as when such data is saved within a text variable, it cuts off some bytes during the process, rendering the content useless. Can this please be modified to allow selecting the expected data type for the response content when the payload is not in JSON format.

Currently, when editing a stage properties, or writing an expression, on the right hand-side of the window we have a data items filter: It would be really handy if this filter could have another group added - Exposure. This would help finding all environment variables, session variables, and statistic data items, and take away the need for data item naming conventions as a workaround to find them easily.
