Today Image Retrieval throws an error retrieving sources created with 'screen image capture (PNG format).' Sources must be all PDF or all TIFF. Business users regularly create sources in the PNG format. IR should convert the PNG files to TIFF or combine the PNG documents into a single file.

Our organization sets most GDL mime type files to open in HTML Content Viewer (Word, Excel, PDF). We appreciate all images opening in tabs within HTML CV rather than downloading the files and having multiple native applications open in separate windows. We do have one issue: When HTML CV fails to display a file we have no way to view it. We need a way to download the file when HTML CV is unable to display the image / file. This can similar to how HTML CV handles unknown file types or password protected files. A prompt opens allowing the user to download the file. Alternatively the user might be able to select download from the source menu.

Regarding EQM inbound email contents, our client found that when the email body has over 10k chars, those content length after 10k will be truncated. This is confirmed with development team on the limitation. Our client needs a search of Ref id in the email body text, so that the workflow logic will link the email in source to the work with same Ref id. In the case when email go back and forth, it will become a long email thread. This long email body text has been truncated and unable to return the Ref id for further processing. This limitation is impacting the business operation, client requests an enhancement on the EQM capture component and allow configuration.

Currently, the individual user has to download the Excel spreadsheet, right click on the icon and select always open files of this type for HTML CV. We want the ability to have a resource that would open these documents automatically instead of setting this setting on individual pcs. Additionally, we do not want to download a copy of the spreadsheet, we just want to be open to view the source.

Enhancement Request: As a Chorus processing user, when I add an attachment (Word or Excel) these documents have a document name as shown in the diagram below. Once it is created in Chorus each attachment is given a 12‑digit Collection ID and the original filename is stored in the FLNM lob field as meta data as shown in the diagram below. When I subsequently download or view the attachment, it uses the Collection ID as the filename in the banner. The use of the Collection ID in the banner is confusing as I am not able to see at a glance what the document is, particularly as I will have multiple documents open. I also have to share these documents with others and the name of the document is incorrect. Therefore when I save the document I have to rename it back to the original document name which introduces potential errors as I must follow a specific naming convention. Desired outcome: When an attachment is opened in its native application, the application banner will display the meta data held in the LOB field (FLNM) and the file to be downloaded with the document name (FLNM). Additional information There was an enhancement made to ROS 2.5 that has the functionality being requested. The source type MASTER has been set up as Revisable: The user has created the MASTER attachment (revisable): The original filename (FLNM) can be set by the user before launching the selected template. When the native application is launched, the meta data from the FLNM is displayed in the banner: When using the save as function, the meta data from FLNM is used.

Can we spotlight, tag or favorite a document we want to see at the top of the list? Every time user opens a case to review a particular document, e.g. Worksheet or Payment Summary, they have to go through many non-relevant documents. Request to provide a way to bookmark a few documents on the case, which is visible to all the other users as well.

Add a user preferences section to allow user to customize the case data that appears as the title of the Comments bubble page. The comments bubble page currently uses 3 pieces of case data, but it would be helpful for users to have an option in their preferences to swap these out for different case data values.

The Saved Searches don't update the "To date" portion to the current date. It keeps the date the search was saved on. Add the ability to use current date with a date span.

Have the ability to customize the bubbles to different LOB fields. The bubbles that are set right now are for the Process Step and the Status. The Status isn't used a lot in our processes but the queue would be very valuable to see. Would also like to have it in all caps/uppercase like the other fields. All information in our taglines are in caps/uppercase and it would look better if it matched or could be adjusted.

We have a lot of users minimizing search and create cards. When they have a few of them at the bottom it would be helpful to be able to see what was searched in the BA/WT/Queue Date or Status. Also, if it could display a count of the number of items in the search/queue.

Certain attachment file types will not "Create" in the new Processor workspace view. It isn't accepting file extensions if they are saved as uppercase like ".PDF" but they work in Classic and Legacy Processor. Only file types available were: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, tif, gif, jpg, txt, tiff, png, jpeg, htm, html, heic,TIFF,TIF Our System Administrator had to update the file types on all environments to include: pdf,PDF,doc,DOC,docx,DOCX,xls,XLS,xlsx,XLSX,tif,TIF,gif,GIF,jpg,JPG,txt,TXT,tiff,TIFF,png,PNG,jpeg,JPEG,htm,HTM,html,HTML,heic,HEIC We are hoping these file types can be added to the newer versions. eMail Capture should support the option of creating an email content source with inline images included in the same source rather than separate sources attached to the same work such that the email body with the inline images will be stored and displayed as a single source in Content Viewer. Inline images are currently created as separate sources attached the same work. It is very hard for users to relate the email content to the inline images when there are multiple images and any incorrect reference may result in errors with financial risks. In the example below, one single source (as shown below) should be created instead of 2 sources (1 email body and 1 attachment source for "ABCCo Funds").

Our organization uses Word Templates to control the letter writing experience from a default spacing, font, etc. perspective. Our user base is distributed over internal and external groups to our network, making a centralized location that is secure more and more difficult to maintain. The request is if we could have the Word Template file be stored by Chorus and have our Communications letters reference it instead of a LAN location.

The add attachment pop up window disappears after one attachment is added in Processor Workspace. This only happens when the add attachment is used within a process. We have had users ask for it to function like Legacy Processor where the window stays there until you are done attaching one or multiple items to the object.

When a user tries to open an email (.msg) file uploaded to Chorus, the Content Viewer (CV) window opens but the email file is not displayed in the CV window, rather the file is downloaded and then the user is prompted, by the browser, to open the file. This is OK unless the email file in question is large (e.g. contains a large attachment); when the user tries to open such a file, the CV window opens but in chromeless mode, meaning there is no visible cue that the download is running and there is a risk that after a period of time with no file opened and no cue that anything is happening the user will close the window and report that the file cannot be opened. Is it possible to show some sort of status bar in the CV window to indicate that the download is in progress? Either a custom bar or the built-in browser status bar (I believe this would require the CV window to be launched with a flag that forces download progress to be shown in the status bar).
