HTMLCV cannot display the full text of the sticky note if there is too much content input. Additionally, if a user does not have edit rights, they are unable to resize or enlarge the sticky note window to view the full content. Allowing users to resize the sticky note window, even if they only have view rights, would enhance business operations and improve the user experience.
